Our book researching architectural salutogenic strategies in the context of global epidemics:"Spatii sigure 2(m)-020" (Safe Interiors 2(m)-020) was awarded the "Revista Arhitectura" Prize in the Architectural Publications section at the Bienala de Arhitectura 2021 organized by the Union of Architects Romania.

Our design principal, Raluca Buzdugan, assembled and lead an international team of architects, biologists and medical doctors to research the way buildings can prevent spreading of pathogens and sustain our health. The results of this research were published in the book "Spatii sigure 2(m)-0202". The e-book is available to read here: E-book Spatii Sigure

November 2018

Vlad Simionescu & Asociatii Arhitecti was honoured at the European Property Awards at the Royal Lancaster, London on 25th October 2018 for their projects Moldova Business Center, Iasi, Romania (a) and Luxuria Domenii Residence (b). Vlad Simionescu & Asociatii Arhitecti was happy to be among the professionals across the European regions to be recognised in the Architectural and Interior Design category at an International Level.

The European Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

The European Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region.

"Vlad Simionescu & Asociatii, Arhitecti" was invited to develop a concept for a new high-end residential development in Bucharest. At the heart of this highly sustainable development stays a romantic garden.

December 2015

"Vlad Simionescu & Asociatii, Arhitecti" was awarded, for the second year in a row, The Best Architectural Office 2015 at the prestigious CIJ Awards Romania. We are proud that our recent project “Moldova Center” also won the leading Green Building of the Year Award.

In addition, the “Moldova” Center project was awarded the 2015 Most Innovative lighting Project at the Global Manager, Global Innovation, Global Tehnology Gala Awards.

December 2014

"Vlad Simionescu & Asociatii, Arhitecti" was awarded The Best Architectural Office for the year 2014 at the prestigious CIJ Awards Romania.

The event brought together the country’s top real estate developers, investors, architects and market players who were there to see who would collect the 21 prizes that were handed out over the course of the evening on December 4th, 2014.

Two of our recent projects, “City Point” and “The Park”, were also nominated as part of the Best Development of The Year award.
